Emergency cases receive immediate attention from our qualified doctors and nurses. Patients can access services conveniently, with wheelchairs and stretchers available for critical cases. Our outpatient department is equipped with medical seats and essential mobility aids to facilitate prompt and effective care.

The hospital has a capacity of over 50 beds, divided into the following categories:
- Male Ward
- Female Ward
- Maternity Ward
- Pediatric Ward
Patients can choose between general and private ward accommodations. Each bed is an adjustable hospital-standard bed, equipped with a bedside switch and charging socket, and spaced according to international standards.
The inpatient department handles a variety of cases, including:
- General and specialized surgeries (orthopedic, urological, ENT, gastrointestinal, oncology patients care, etc.)
- Medical conditions such as respiratory diseases, hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, malaria, gastroenteritis, and osteoarthritis
- Obstetric and gynecological care
- Neonatal care
- 24/7 nursing care provided by a team of qualified professionals
Emergency & Ambulance Services
Meru Jordan Hospital provides 24/7 emergency care, with ambulance services available on call and hire. Our emergency response team ensures timely medical interventions to save lives.
Service Charter
- Outpatients will be attended to within 15 minutes of registration.
- All other outpatient services will be provided within 10 minutes of registration.
- Admissions will be processed within 10 minutes.
- Hospital bill estimates will be available within 10 minutes of request.
- Telephone calls will be answered within three rings.
- Resident doctors will conduct ward rounds daily at 8:00 AM.
- Discharge processes will be completed within 90 minutes of the doctor’s approval.
